Otomo himself has revealed the cover of the latest volume in his comple works collection. Back in July 16th, Otomo Zenshu X account and the OTOMO-COMPLETE Official website announced a change in the release schedule of the ongoing second period of OTOMO THE COMPLETE WORKS, introducing to the release timeline OTOMO THE COMPLETE WORKS 15: AKIRA 4, volume that was originally not planned to be released in this period.
The second period so far comprises these volumes:
★Vol.6: G..... ★Vol.12: AKIRA 1
★Vol.7: APPLE PARADISE (short manga works from the early 80's that follow Vol.6 )
★Vol.13: AKIRA 2 (The manga as serialized in Young Magazine)
★Vol.31: STEAMBOY Storyboards 1
★Vol.14: AKIRA 3 (The manga as serialized in Young Magazine)
★Vol.32: STEAMBOY Storyboards 2
★Vol.15: AKIRA 4 (The manga as serialized in Young Magazine)
Postponed and waiting for a release date:

■I read in the newspaper that subsidies are being provided for anime and manga, yet the recipients are all major corporations. Is there really any point in subsidizing companies that are already successful? The people who actually need the support are elsewhere. I have serious doubts about how tax money is being spent—Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry!
