PERFECT BLUE was released today theatrically in Japan. Katsuhiro Otomo collaborated in the planning stage of this animation film directed by Satoshi Kon (今 敏). The movie is based on the novel PERFECT BLUE: COMPLETE METAMORPHOSIS (パーフェクト・ブルー 完全変態) written by Yoshikazu Takeuchi (竹内 義和).
